Founded in 1958 as the Jamaica Institute of Technology and then renamed in 1959 the College of Arts, Science and Technology (CAST), UTech was fully recognised as a university in 1995. Find out more about UTech here
UTech offers several technology related programmes, particularly in the Faculty of Engineering and Computing, which have application within the Space industry (see here).
