Space is Amazing....
Dear friends....
As we all know, the Space in which we live,.... we think,.... and we grow.... is amazing....so, please try to answer my one question.... who created Universe and how?
The quest. that u asked dishant is the most complex on this earth.
Even the great thinkers,philosophers and the great sages have not been able answer this question..
I hope i would be able to answer this one for u..
For a common man the best and the simple answer is that the creator of this universe is the Almighty-GOD.
But this answer is not meant for us..
So for people like us the answer isthat the creator of the universe are we ourselves//
Well as i was saying, we ourselves are the creator of this universe..
It is our thoughts and the actions which decide our world and the universe around us.
The key lies in our hands for understanding the universe..
The almighty is a spiritual concept..
It is an abtract feeling which is believed by the people out of sheer respect and belief to the person who created the vastness of the universe and the beautiful earth...
It is upto us to whether to think in a rational manner and always leave everything to the unseen force...
Man is samll i front of GOD that even with the most sophiticated machines till date has not been able to solve what took place before big bang and so on..
So wat is stopping man to achieve his goal?
There exists some unseen force that stops him from reaching the goal..
but y?? the simple reason is that if man reaches this specific goal then he would be able to replicate the univesre and wuld start ruling the universe...
So we are not able to know how was the universe formed...
we surely take certain laws like the law of energy conservation,law of momentum, etc..for granted becuase it is satisfied by all the proceesses on this land..
we can't reverse the life cycle,time and many more.but y??
because all these processes have been started by someone so powerful which even the super computers can't picture out neither man..
Just as in science we first take some assumption and move forward to prove something, assuming some powerful force like GOD answers various logical and philosophical quetions of life..
Thus we can safely assume that GOd is the creator of the universe!!!!!
WE ARE JUST OBSERVERS OF OUR BEAUTIFUL UNIVERSE CREATED BY A KNOWN AND 'UNKNOWN INTELLIGENCE' FOR ME ITS KNOWN LETS NOT ENTER THE REALM OF RELIGION,THE UNIVERSE IS STILL IN ITS FORMATIVE STAGE AS WE ARE SPEAKING MORE PLANETS AND GALAXIES ARE FORMING AND WILL CONVERGE LATER TO FORM A LAGER GALAXY IF THIS BEAUTIFUL 'ACCIDENT' IS NOT CREATED BY THE ALMIGHTY GOD I WONDER WHAT ELSE WILL HAVE CREATED AND FORMED A UNIVERSE THAT HAS ALL THE HALLMARKS OF BEAUTY,POWER, MAJESTY AND ORDERLINESS.

to be more frank without going into the realms of religion we cannot find this answer..
also we can't say that the outer universe is orderly, just because then we would have been able to predict the birth of a star, the formation of a galaxy and all!!
it is randomness that makes man unable to predict anything with respect to the universe..also universe is not just outer space and stars but it is also about our thought processes!!
for a common man his universe is this life on earth and the formation of far away galaxies..
it is not hard to answer how was the universe formed but it is tough to say who formed it??!!

Indeed, if we had the answer then religion would not exist, or at least not as we know it today.
I personally don't think we will ever know, or come close to knowing, the reason for our existance- which is the way it should be... we just keep striving forward in understanding our environment and creation.
Let each individual interpret life as they wish and believe!

I think u gave the answer to the most complex question, pal..
The thought process and interpretation of man about his life and surroundings makes his universe...
but the only point that i would correct is that we can and we will know wat is our existence for, y is earth the only place where life has succeeded to survive and who has created the universe...
I personaaly suggest that man is created to know y he is on this earth even atfer know that the reason for thisexitence is to unravel the mysteries of this universe..
If he won't know his reason for existence then r the sages mad to sacrifice their life and gain the utmost knoledge on this earth...
maybe i should say that the outer space is nothing but top most part of the multi-storey building of life...
Ah.. This thread seems to have more discussion on philosophy than "space sciences". Anyways, since it has come up for discussion, i'll quote the famous nobel-award winning physicist Leon Lederman from his book- The God Particle:

When you read or hear anything about the birth of the universe, someone is making it up--we are in the realm of philosophy. Only God knows what happened at the very beginning."
From out current scientific understanding, I would like to lean towards "M-Theory" and "SuperString theory". They are not perfect, but in my opinion, it's the best that we have. I would also like to say, "We are the universe tiring to understand it self". We are matter that has evolved to consciousness.

Very true - these stuff is not perfect, because we need to do so many stuff experimentally.
BTW, have you read the book 'Quantum Physics - Illusion or Reality' ? I forgot the author, but good book, and addresses some strange aspect of recent scientific development.
