Press Conference to Announce Formation of National Coalition for Cheap & Reliable Access to Space (CATS)

Crystal City, Virginia — A broad array of not-for-profit organizations will announce the creation of a National Coalition for Cheap and reliable Access to Space (CATS) on July 17th at the NewSpace 2008 conference. The Coalition will sponsor a National Summit on CATS in the battleground state of Ohio on October 7th & 8th, one month before the presidential election, and will deliver a Declaration for CATS to the next President of the United States. February 12 - 15, 2008 | Moffett Field, CA Next Generation Exploration Conference-2 was an invitation-only conference held at NASA Ames Research Center from 12-15 February 2008, seeking input from emerging leaders into the future of their space program.
