Kevin Stube
Bio
Kevin Stube earned his two Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Religious Studies at Hartwick College focusing on the interaction between religion and science with the culmination being his thesis, “A Brief History of the Plurality of Worlds Debate and its Implications for Christian Thought.” Kevin then earned his MS in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota while working as an EMT, Firefighter, and Hazmat Technician. After completing his MS, Kevin moved to Tucson, AZ to study graduate courses in Planetary Science and Management while working on the TEGA instrument of the Mars Phoenix Mission. Kevin has been actively involved with the Space Generation Advisory Council since 2004 in roles including USA National Point of Contact, delegate to the UN COPUOS Science and Technology Sub-committee, Executive Secretary, and the Space Generation Congress Manager for the past two years. Kevin is also on the Work Force Development, Entrepreneurship/Investment, and the IAF Technical Committee for the Cultural Utilisation of Space committees at the International Astronautical Federation. Kevin Stube is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Planetary Society. Over the last 13 years, Kevin has managed several businesses.
Kevin envisions the future of space not being dominated by the older generation or younger generation, but shared by both in new ways enhancing international cooperation and commercialism in order to open access to space to more people around the world in the forms of exploration, science, technology advancement, and tourism.
