Bio
Mr. Shafiq has Bachelor and Master degrees in Space Sciences and is a Doctoral researcher in the same subject at the University of Innsbruck in Austrian Alps.
He worked with "Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission" at Lahore as a research scientist for several years. He is a member of Astronomer's Society in Pakistan, Islamic Crescent Observation Project, The IEEE, IEEE-Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Pakistan Society for Geographical Information Systems.
He is National Point of Contact for Pakistan for Space Generation Advisory Council.
