Alan holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Texas A&M University, Graduate Certificate in International Affairs from the a Bush School of Government and Public Service, and a Masters of Science in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University. He has experience working with the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of State and Washington DC based non-profits including Business Executives for National Security and the Center for Advanced Defense Studies. His research interests include political psychology, international security behavior and the nexus between space and national security.
